Please remember that, per Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM) policy, any portion of the day before, the day following, or the day of the actual holiday that an employee is on leave without pay will result in loss of holiday payRemainder of 2009 Holiday Schedule

* When the office closes at noon, full-time employees receive 4 hours of holiday leave (part-time employees, .5 FTE and above, receive holiday pay proportionate to their FTE) but still need to account for an 8 hour day either by working or taking leave.
** Friday, January 1, 1020 is a 2010 holiday (New Year's Day)
*** Faculty and staff will return to work on Monday, January 4, 2010
