Resignation Letter

All George Mason University employees who are leaving the university's employ should submit a written letter of resignation. For your convenience, a sample letter, which should be modified to fit your particular circumstances, can be found at .pdf and .doc.

All employees should give a minimum of two weeks' notice; supervisors and managers should give at least one month's notice.
