How do I get my PIN?
Contact the ITU Support Center at 3-8870 and ask to have your PIN established.
What if I forget my PIN?
If you forget your PIN, you can have it reset by the ITU Support Center at 3-8870. Your new PIN will be available immediately. The Support Center staff can not tell you your old PIN - they can only reset the number.
How long will it be before I can use my new PIN?
Your PIN will be available immediately.
What can I access with my new PIN?
You will need your PIN to enter the Employee Self Service. Once you have entered your G# or SSN and PIN, you will access to this site where you can:
- Complete and submit your electronic time sheets.
- View and update your address and emergency contact information.
- View your benefits information, pay stubs, leave history or balances, and job information.
