Many educational, training, and recreational opportunities are available to University employees. Information about offerings can be found on the on the web. Brochures, fliers, and e-mail announcements are also used to market University programs available to staff.

Information Services presents monthly information sessions called Mason 101 which provides essential information about George Mason University to faculty, staff and students. Attendees will become familiar with the ins and outs, the who, what, when and where at Mason. All new employees as well as those currently employed at Mason will benefit from this class. Each attendee receives an "information guide" which is updated regularly and sent to all who attend. Registration for Mason 101 can be completed on-line through the HR & Payroll training page (click on course calendars).
