The Human Resources & Payroll department provides many learning and professional development opportunities for all Mason employees. We hope you'll take a moment to explore the resources and tabs on the Learning pages to learn more about our offerings.
Classes offered may be part of a series such as the Customer Service Certificate Program, New SUPERvisor Series, or Experienced Supervisor Leadership Seminars, or they might be skills-based classes such as EPAF and eWork training.
Customized learning opportunities are also available for departments on campus on topics such as customer service, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, stress management, communication and relationship-building, and many others. Retreat facilitation is also available for departments on campus as well as assessments of learning needs.
