Customer Service Certificate Program
After careful consideration of our mission and the needs of Mason’s faculty and staff, we have decided to discontinue the Customer Service Certificate Program (CSCP) and the CSCP workshops. We have enjoyed getting to know so many of you at the CSCP sessions, and we sincerely hope they have helped you. Please keep an eye on our calendar, where new workshops and opportunities will be announced in the coming months.
