Emerging Leaders Supervisor Series (ELSS)

ELSS Participants are Mason faculty or classified staff, and must supervise at least one employee who is faculty or classified staff. The current cohort began in March 2017 and will finish in April 2018. In addition to the curriculum, participants receive 360-degree feedback about their leadership and work with assigned workplace coaches to set goals related to their growth as a leader. Each participant will complete a developmental project and will have the opportunity to work with peers across the university to learn more about the institution and to build a network of fellow supervisors.

Because the current cohort is a pilot, we are not currently accepting applications for a new cohort as we will evaluate the pilot at its close before offering this program again. In the meantime, we will offer standalone supervisory training opportunities.
