Faculty Staff Enrichment Day 2009
"Changes Within"
COVA Care and COVA HDHP participants can receive a free seasonal flu shot as part of their wellness benefit at clinics held in conjunction with Faculty-Staff Enrichment Day programs in Fairfax and Prince William. We encourage appointments but drop-ins are welcome on a space available basis.
Fairfax Faculty-Staff Enrichment Day Clinic
Wednesday, October 28, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Johnson Center, Gold Room
Prince William Faculty-Staff Enrichment Day Clinic
Friday, October 30 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Bull Run Hall, 2nd floor

- scheduling an appointment at the Faculty-Staff Enrichment Day clinics
- consent forms and important flu vaccine background information
- dates, times, and locations of other seasonal flu shot clinics held on all three campuses
- additional options for receiving a no cost or low cost seasonal flu shot -- including information for Kaiser Permanente participants
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember to bring your COVA Care or COVA HDHP card when you come to the clinic.
