Join Maryann Karnich, the best selling author of I Can Read You Like a Book, How to Become an Expert on Anything in 2 Hours, and Get People to Do What You Want as she takes us on a journey using games, examples, and visuals to learn about using and reading body language. She will integrate the body language applications in How to Become an Expert and show us how to become better at reading body language in a customer service position. Books will be raffled and Maryann will be available for book signing after the program.
