You have taken classes about crucial conversations and dealing with difficult situations/people - NOW come and put those skills to work.  In this workshop you will spend your time PRACTICING those skills learned in other training sessions. 

 

Learn these tools and practice so that you can handle any difficult situation or crucial conversation.  Come to the class ready to share some stories about a crucial conversation you need to have but are not sure how to handle. 

 

Work Place Coaches will be available to handle 1:1 situations.
