Please bring a personal check for direct deposit and acceptable document(s) to complete your I-9. Click here to view acceptable documents. Classified Orientation and Faculty Orientation
Becoming familiar with a new surroundings, policies and procedures, services, and benefits is important to all new employees to ensure a good beginnings in the job. This orientation session is mandatory for all new employees, both benefits eligible part-time and full-time. Classified orientation dates are scheduled at the time job offers are made. Faculty orientation dates are scheduled at the NEW Center.
Part-time (Pooled Positions) Online Orientation
An online orientation is available for part-time employees (wage, work study, graduate assistants, etc). All part-time employees should complete new hire paperwork at the hiring department. Once an EA approval has been completed, the hiring department should send to HR & Payroll the following: a copy of a signed Repayment of Debt form, direct deposit allocations completed online through PatriotWeb, your completed tax forms, and a copy of a completed Form I-9.
A handy checklist for supervisors is also available.
