Flexible Work Forms
As of July 1, 2008, the Telework and Flextime Policy has been updated and is now called the Flexible Work Policy. As part of the update, the forms associated with flexible work have also been updated. The new Telework/Remote Work Agreement has combined the previous 4-part document into one. The telework scorecard has been incorporated into the Flexible Work Procedures. Finally, there is a brand new Flexible Work Agreement which is a streamlined form designed for compressed schedules, flex time, and job sharing.
