2026 Bonus Loaded in Banner – CLABOR EPAF Window Open
The 2026 bonus has been successfully loaded into Banner for eligible employes.
Units may now submit Change Labor (CLABOR) EPAFs to update labor distributions for these bonuses. The deadline for all submissions is June 8, with final approvals completed by June 9.
When processing, please ensure you are selecting the correct assignment:
- Title: 2026 Bonus Base Salary
- Position Number: Primary position (XXXXXX)
- Suffix: 0E
- Effective Date: 05/25/2026 (for semi-monthly), 05/31/2026 (for bi-weekly)
Bonuses will be paid out on June 16 for semi-monthly and June 18 for bi-weekly employees.
