Mindful Monday – Mindful Eating Guided Meditation

Mindful eating is a powerful way to improve the quality of our food we eat and the way our body is able to digest our food. We will learn to slow down and be more aware of hunger, taste and texture of our food and notice when we are actually hungry and full. Bringing mindfulness to our meals can change your life.
