Hard Copy Contracts
In an effort to streamline processes, create virtual files, and reduce physical paper, HR & Payroll no longer needs departments to send original hard copies of contracts to the HR & Payroll office.
- eWork, RTS, and Direct Hire processes should all contain electronic copies of signed contracts for new hires.
- Faculty transaction forms and classified transaction forms should have appropriate documentation attached in an electronic format.
- Re-appointment contracts not requiring an FTF can be sent electronically to hrdm@gmu.edu.
