Emerging Leaders Supervisor Series (ELSS)

Applications are now being accepted for Cohort 3 of the Emerging Leaders Supervisor Series. Applicants must be Mason faculty or classified staff, and must supervise at least one employee who is faculty or classified staff.

In addition to the curriculum, participants work with assigned workplace coaches to set goals related to their growth as a leader. Each participant will complete a developmental project and will have the opportunity to work with peers across the university to learn more about the institution and to build a network of fellow supervisors.


The series will begin in September 2019 and run until November 2020. Before applying, please take a look at the schedule and, together with your supervisor, ensure that you can attend each session. If you are not able to attend every session, please wait until the next cohort to apply.
