New Employee Resource Group: Black Women of Mason!
Human Resources is excited to announce the newest Employee Resource Group (ERG) here at Mason: The Black Women of Mason!
The group has been informally meeting since Fall 2023 and has chosen to become an ERG in hopes of expanding its membership and opportunities.
The group’s mission is to provide a safe and affirming space where all Black women administrators, faculty, and staff can be their authentic selves. This group will offer a supportive community, committed to uplifting each other through knowledge sharing, culturally relevant well-being and social networking opportunities, and advancing professional development.
