PageUp Position Management Training

Human Resources, in partnership with the Provost, ITS, and the Office of Strategic Budgeting and Planning, has been working to redesign and streamline the position management and hiring experience. Phase I is focused on PageUp’s position description module, which incorporates position funding as part of the position description and replaces both the Position Maintenance Form (PMF) and the HR Position Management System. We are targeting Monday, April 3 as the launch date. To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, HR is hosting training sessions that will walk through the position description creation/editing process, as well as associated approvals (including funding approval). Users will be granted access to PageUp upon completion of training.

All current users of the Position Management System are invited to register for this training. We encourage you to share this information with others in your unit that may also be impacted by these changes (for example, those who review/approve position funding).

  • Tuesday, March 28, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

The last 30 minutes of each session will be reserved for Q&A. Register in MasonLEAPS.
