Performance Evaluation Wrap-Up

The 2022-2023 performance evaluation process for A/P faculty and classified staff is coming to a close. With the realignment to a new evaluation cycle of April 1 – March 31, a new evaluation form, and new ratings, we've set the stage for a new performance management process at Mason. We recognize that these are significant changes, and we want to thank all A/P faculty, classified staff, and supervisors for their participation in this journey toward a more deliberately developmental, feedback-driven process. Due dates for the final steps in the evaluation process have been extended to provide additional time for supervisors to complete reviews, hold those very important one-on-one meetings, and complete sign-off steps in MasonLEAPS.

Performance management training is being updated to more closely align with new processes. Setting Goals and Objectives is now available for registration. Please visit our Training page to see the Performance Management and Employee Engagement training we have scheduled for this summer.
