Supervising Students for Success

This practical, discussion-based training is designed to equip supervisors with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to enhance the employment experience for student employees, also known as working learners. It emphasizes the transformative potential of on-campus student employment as a high-impact practice that bridges academic learning with real-world application.

This session is ideal for anyone who supervises undergraduate or graduate students working at George Mason University.
