Telework Forms Required for Employees Working Remotely Outside of Virginia (Including Part-Time Employees)
Human Resources would like to remind employees and supervisors that all employees working remotely from outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia should have a current Out-Of-State/International Fulltime Telework/Remote Work Agreement on file. Please note that this requirement also applies to employees who work less than 100% FTE, such as non-student wage employees and adjunct faculty.
The Out-of-State Remote Work Agreement should be initiated by the supervisor or department head and includes review steps to ensure the university is compliant with all local taxes and regulations.
