Updated MasonLEAPS View for the 2025-2026 Annual Performance Evaluation

Classified Staff, A/P Faculty, and their supervisors participating in the 2025–2026 annual performance evaluation will see a refreshed evaluation interface in MasonLEAPS. The process launches on Monday, February 16, with the required self‑evaluation for employees hired before December 31, 2025. If you participated in the October midcycle check‑in, you’ve already seen the updated look and feel, which provides a more streamlined and centralized experience.

This redesign reflects Human Resources’ commitment to improving usability and making it easier for employees and supervisors to navigate the review process and complete evaluations efficiently.

Highlights of the new interface:  

  • One-stop dashboard for all review steps  
  • Easily filter and search by reviewee name  
  • Visual status icons for completed, overdue, and in-progress steps  
  • Streamlined navigation between sections and steps  
  • Reviewees will also notice a cleaner layout, improved responsiveness, and clearer deadlines—making it easier to complete evaluations on time  

Additionally, reviewers will benefit from simplified tracking and bulk actions, while reviewees will find it easier to stay on top of their tasks and meet deadlines.  

This update is part of our ongoing effort to make performance evaluation processes more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly – supporting more meaningful feedback across the university.
