W-2s Are Now Available Online
2023 W-2s are now available online. Retrieving your electronic copy is easy and immediate!
How to Access Your Electronic W-2
- Log in to Patriot Web
- Click “Employee Services”
- Click “Employee Dashboard”
- Expand the “Taxes” section
- Click “W-2 Wage and Tax Statement”
- Select the tax year “2023” from the drop-down menu
- Click "Display"
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Printable W-2"
- Use the regular print function on your Internet browser to print as many copies as you need
If You Did Not Consent to Receive an Electronic W-2
Based on Federal IRS regulations, W-2s must be mailed out by January 31, 2024. Employees who did not consent to receive their W-2 online prior to December 15, 2023 should expect to receive their paper copy no later than January 31, 2024.
