Virtual Mindfulness Meditation

Start your day on a calm and focused note with a virtual mindfulness meditation session led by Katie Clare, Associate Director for Resilience Programs with the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance overall well-being.

 

Happy Heart Walk

📍  Fairfax, Mason Square, SciTech

Gather with colleagues at the Fairfax, Mason Square, or SciTech campus for a heart-healthy stroll that offers an opportunity to connect with fellow Patriots. Individuals of all abilities are welcome.

 

Blend Your Way to Wellness

Hop on the Blender Bike and create your very own smoothie. It's a fun and tasty way to learn more about the importance of a balanced diet in maintaining good health.
