Jessica Srikantia Field, PhD, ACC, ITCA


Throughout the many nonlinearities in her path, Jessica has always explored possibilities for healing all of our relationships (with ourselves, each other, our systems, and all Life)Her Ph.D. was jointly in Psychology and in the History, Philosophy and Sociology of Science. She has learned at the feet of elders and communities still connected to our original instructions and has engaged in solidarity work in Latin America with earth-centered communities threatened by structural violence. A perpetual learner, Jessica is passionate about and stays current at the leading edges of her fields of coaching, organization development, trauma healing, de-colonization, and personal and collective transformation and liberation. Most importantly, she has spent decades doing her own inner personal transformation and spiritual work and has traversed a very long distance from the depths of suffering and disconnection to her own personal wholeness and liberation.

Coaching Approach and Style


 

Jessica’s gift is being fully present with the client and listening with her whole being, from a place of seeing without any judgment. She is passionate about supporting clients to hear and respond to their own inner wisdom, intuition and knowing, so that they can be their best and live their best life. From the many and diverse modalities she has studied, Jessica brings a range of possible perspectives and approaches depending on what best suits each client.  

Relevant Experience


 

Jessica has been teaching and mentoring students for 15 years, and has been coaching for the past several. She is certified in both individual (ICF) and team (EMCC / GTCI) coaching. She excels in supporting individuals, teams and groups to transform conflict into generativity and to live into their highest potential. She also coaches leaders finding their authentic style while navigating the challenges of complex human systems. Having spent the last 35 years working to decolonize her own consciousness, Jessica supports individuals, groups and human systems to overcome the legacy burdens of racism, white supremacy and colonization and create a new present and future.  

Education


 

Jessica received her AB magna cum laude from Harvard University, her BA from Oxford University (as a Rhodes Scholar), her MA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, and her PhD jointly in Psychology and in the History, Philosophy and Sociology of Science from the University of Chicago. She received her coach training through GMU in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being, as well as in team coaching through the Global Team Coaching Institute. She has also trained in Systemic Team Coaching, Sacred Earth Medicine, and a range of other modalities. 

Credentials


 

Jessica is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds an Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has additional credentials in other modalities of transformation, healing, organization development, and other areas.
