Kelly Pumroy, Ed.D.
Kelly has worked as a human resource (HR) professional in the federal government for over 20 years and has also served as an adjunct faculty member in a Leadership and Learning master’s program. She has experience in every aspect of HR and has spent the last five years focused on employee engagement. Through this work, Kelly has had the opportunity to help others feel more connected and empowered, and to positively impact organizational culture—work she is immensely passionate about. She loves supporting others on their learning journey and views coaching as a way to use her strengths and passion to help others reach their highest potential.
