Coaching Approach and Style
Lisa is an optimistic and empathetic listener who seeks not just to listen, but to truly hear and understand what others have to say—and, sometimes, what they don’t say. Her top strength, according to her Clifton StrengthFinder results, is Developer. She sees the potential in others and, as a coach, works with clients to discover that potential in themselves. Lisa is a renowned asker of questions, a skill which helps her to partner with clients on their journey of self-discovery and how to bring (and be) their best selves in all aspects of their lives. She strives to help her clients further develop their ability to face life’s inevitable challenges with grace and a sense of inner peace and confidence.
Lisa completed her coaching certification at George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.
