The Mason Workplace Coaching Program
Mason’s internal Workplace Coaching program exists to provide all university faculty and staff an opportunity for professional growth and wellbeing. Are you looking to make a positive change in some aspect of your career or life? Could you use some support toward the achievement of your goals? If so, you may be an ideal candidate for coaching.
Workplace Coaching is a partnership between a Mason coach and an individual that encourages positive behavioral change, both professionally and personally. Our coaches promote self-discovery and hold coachees accountable for generating their own solutions and strategies for greater well-being.
