Do You Have A Driving Need To Telework? In these days of high cost gasoline and congested roads, it may be a good time to think about the benefits of teleworking, flextime, and compressed schedules. The beauty of all of these flexible works options is that they can be tailored to meet the needs of the employee as well as those of the department. So, if you are interested in a flexible work option or if you are already informally using one by working from home (or other teleworking site) at least one day a week, flexing your hours on a regular schedule, or working a compressed workweek, please take a look around.
