In order set our new hires and teams up for success, it is essential that we approach the onboarding process thoughtfully and proactively.
The purpose of the Onboarding Toolkit for Supervisors and its associated resources is to support our supervisor network as they prepare to welcome new hires to their department/unit and the Mason Community.
Through the use of this toolkit, Supervisors will find resources to help design an experience that will prepare, support, and engage both the new hire and existing team members during this transition.
