Certified Applicant Pool Training: Spring 2024 Schedule

To support Mason’s commitment to inclusive excellence, the Talent Acquisition's Outreach and Compliance Team is offering a course on how to certify the diversity of applicant pools for job searches. The Certified Applicant Pool (CAP) training is offered throughout the Spring semester beginning February 6, 2024.

The training is designed to teach those identified as Talent Equity Advisors (TEAs) how to analyze demographic data (personally identifiable information) and use the analysis results to determine if the demographic representation in the applicant pool is reflective of what is available in the recruitment area. The training also covers how to share data responsibly to support search committees better and inform hiring decisions, during the recruitment process.

Register in Mason Leaps. Note: You will need to use your Mason credentials to access the registration links.
