Employee of the Month Form Update
The Employee of the Month nomination form has moved from a PDF to a Dynamic Form! The new format streamlines the process, making it easier to submit letters of support, and we hope that this increased efficiency will encourage even more nominations! (Please note that the previous PDF nomination form will no longer be accepted.)
The Employee of the Month program highlights the hard work and achievements of a Mason A/P faculty, classified staff, or wage employee who embodies the university's values. Since 1991, each Employee of the Month has been honored by the University President during a special ceremony in addition to several other rewards.
Do you have a team member who deserves the special recognition of being named Mason's Employee of the Month? Submit the nomination form today! Each form requires three nomination statements/letters of support.
