Andrew Lane
Director of Performance Management and Employee Engagement
Andrew possesses a strong background in human resources with more than 20 years of experience, primarily serving in government public service and nonprofit HR roles. He holds a Master of Human Resources Management degree and bachelor degrees in Political Science and History, along with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. His experience includes talent development, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Stacey Ellis
Faculty & Staff Engagement Program Manager
Stacey Ellis, M.Ed, MS, SHRM-CP brings nearly 20 years of experience across higher education, with a strong background in Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Human Resources. Stacey has a passion for well-being and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues across George Mason to spark ideas that enhance engagement and satisfaction. Outside of work, Stacey is a proud mom of two boys and can often be found running, paddleboarding, hiking, or embracing any outdoor adventure. She welcomes opportunities to connect with faculty and staff to build relationships and explore further ways to partner.
Adrianne Jones
Performance Management and
Employee Engagement Specialist
Adrianne holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and a bachelor's degree in Management. She has worked in various roles at other universities prior to coming to George Mason. Adrianne helps with the performance management processes, plans recognition events and wellness programming, supports work life balance for employees with flexible work, and connects faculty and staff to available resources. In her free time, Adrianne enjoys board games, reading, and exploring local parks.
Tamira Colbert
Faculty & Staff Engagement Assistant
Tamira Colbert helps with planning and executing events hosted by the Faculty and Staff Engagement Team, fulfills award and recognition requests, and designs marketing materials for the team's events, programs, and services. As a George Mason alumna with a BFA in the Fine Arts, Tamira enjoys using her creativity and passion of supporting others to celebrate George Mason colleagues and their contributions to the university's community. In her spare time, Tamira enjoys drawing, meditating, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Diane DiPietro
Faculty & Staff Engagement Assistant
Diane is an attorney with a bachelor's degree in International Relations and U.S. Government. She has held a variety of roles in public policy, outreach, and engagement within the Federal Government, where she focused on building collaborative partnerships and advancing organizational goals. Here at George Mason University, Diane supports employee experience and engagement through her work with Employee Resource Groups, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Diane enjoys attending sporting events with family and friends and actively volunteers in her community.
