Kaiser Permanente will change its dental administrator from Dominion Dental to Liberty Dental Plan effective January 1, 2024.
Kaiser will notify all members by letter with details of the transition, including:
- Transition of Care (TOC) provisions available to members who are currently in treatment;
- Instructions for submitting forms to the new administrator; and
- How to determine whether a dentist is in-network with Liberty Dental.
Please note that the only change is the dental administrator; there are no changes to the dental benefits under Kaiser. You will receive a welcome package with a new dental ID card later in the year.
