Notice for Spring 2024 Mason Shuttles Operations
Shuttle Operations Update for Winter Break and Spring Service
Winter Break shuttle service is underway through Friday, January 12.
For routes with weekend service (Fairfax/SciTech, Gunston Mason, Sandy Creek/Metro, and the On-Demand shuttle), Spring service will begin on Saturday, January 13.
Weekday Spring service begins on Tuesday, January 16.
Reminder: Except On-Demand, which operates from 12 a.m. to 11 p.m., there is no shuttle service on Monday, January 15 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Schedule and Operation Changes
- Fairfax/SciTech: The scheduled time between Sandy Creek and Colgan Hall has been reduced from 80 minutes to 70 minutes. Weekend service departure times have changed as well as service is being expanded. Check the schedule to see departure time changes.
- West Campus: The West Campus route will have one bus in operation Monday through Friday, offering service every 40 minutes between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
- Gunston Mason: A second bus has been added to the Gunston Mason route Monday-Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.
- Fairfax/Mason Square: The Commerce Building on University Dr. has been added as a stop on this route.
